Children love to get creative and make beautiful artwork, however finding the best place to display your little one’s masterpieces can sometimes be a challenge.
That’s why here at Woodland Wonder we’ve rounded up some great ways to showcase your children’s works of art:
Instead of just decorating your home with family portraits and pictures, why not frame your children’s artwork as well? You can mix it up by getting some bright and colourful frames that are sure to complement their work. Frames are a great way to lighten up a living space or your children’s bedroom or play area.
Make a book:
Our kids certainly have a talent for creating beautiful pieces of art, so why not keep them in a place they can remember for years to come? At Woodland Wonder we love creating a book each year that holds all of their artwork. Store these books away and wrap them up as a gift for their 18th or 21st birthday. They are sure to cherish these books for the rest of their lives!
Create an art wall:
If you have the space, why not make an art wall that houses all your children’s artwork on display for the world to see! This is a good way to also inspire them to get creative and produce their most amazing piece to be featured on the wall. Locations that are great for an art wall include next to stairwells, in your kid’s bedroom and even in the kitchen.
Decorate the fridge:
Mix up your usual fridge display by adding some magnetic picture frames that feature your kid’s work! When contrasted against the simple backdrop of your fridge, your children’s pieces of art will stand out and brighten up your kitchen instantly.
Keep it simple:
No matter where you choose to display your children’s artwork, a simple idea is to choose a rope or piece of string, nail either side into the wall and use pegs to hang your little one’s masterpieces. This looks fantastic above beds or displayed across any wall you have spare in the house.
