Woodland Wonder provides free shipping on orders within Australia over $30*. Orders below $30 have a Flat Rate fee of $9.50.
* Bulky Items such as rugs and furniture, may attract extra freight charges- this will be calculated upon Woodland Wonder receiving your order and will be invoiced separately (full payment to be received by Woodland Wonder before order will be shipped). Our XL Miffy Lamp constitutes as a Bulky Item and we are unable to offer free delivery to Western Australia & Northern Territory customers. Please contact us for a quote on delivery services to these states.
We Australia Post & courier services.
As we are based in Trinity Beach, QLD, generally allow 3-6 business days for your awesome Woodland Wonder goodies to arrive. Orders to Regional Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory – may take longer. Although we aim to post all orders within 24 hours, during peak busy times it may be a little longer, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders delivered by Australia Post Parcels need to be accepted by the recipient, signature on delivery. If the recipient is not home Australia Post will leave a card with the details of the Post Office the parcel can be collected from.
The ‘Authorise to Leave’ option confirms that the parcel is safe to be left, securely, out of the weather and without a signature. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for items left by couriers if the recipient isn’t home. Woodland Wonder will not take responsibility for any parcel left without a signature. Woodland Wonder will not take responsibility for any incorrect address and all costs associated with a re-direction will be charged to the customer’s credit card. This may include delivery back to us as well as a re-delivery fee. Please check address details carefully! We are unable to ship to P. O. Boxes.
We do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. As we rely on third party delivery systems we are unable to take responsibility for delays at their end. We always aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, this may mean that you are unable to amend your order or add on more items to include it in Free Shipping and may need to create a new order that could include a $9.50 delivery fee.
Please email us immediately at orders@woodlandwonder.com.au if there are any requested changes to your order and we will do what we can to accommodate.
If the Woodland Wonder awesomeness was not what you were expecting or you have changed your mind, please email us at returns@woodlandwonder.com.au within 7 days with the details.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from receipt of your delivery, and must include the original Tax Invoice. Unfortunately after this period we will be unable to offer a credit or exchange.
For change of mind purchases a credit note will be offered, or you may exchange for other products instead. If the replacement items are more expensive than the original order the difference will be invoiced with delivery made after payment.

Change of mind returns will be at the customer’s expense and re-delivery quoted accordingly. All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all labels and tags attached to qualify for a credit. Exchange of larger items over 5kgs will incur an adjusted freight return fee.
We do not accept returns on Reduced or Sale items, Gift Vouchers, Personal Care (toiletries, nappies, underwear, swimwear), or Feeding items (bottles, teats, cutlery). Please choose carefully.
We are unable to be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of goods during transit back to us and recommend that you send all items back via registered post. We advise taking out insurance for return items, as you will assume any risk associated with the return of the goods.
We inspect all items before sending them out to you, but on the rare occasion that an item is faulty or has been damaged during transport, we will replace it.
If the original item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and you will have the choice to place it on Pre-Order or have a credit to the same value given. In the instance that the replacement goods are not in stock, you may have a refund if you choose also.
Refunds will be issued the same way as the payment was received. Faulty items will need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement, credit, or refund will be applied. Woodland Wonder will cover return postage of faulty items.

Coupon codes provided from subscription to the Woodland Wonder VIP Club, Facebook or Instagram promotions, or sent with an order on a coupon card may only be redeemed on full priced items. These coupons may be used once per customer and do not allow a discount on shipping. Coupon Codes provided to specific customers will be subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of creation.
If you have chosen to pre-order some Woodland Wonder goodness, it will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive it. We will email you to let you know when it does arrive in stock. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delayed items as it will depend on the supplier, but we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. Pre-orders may be cancelled up until we have notified you that your item is ready to be sent.
We offer a 6 week lay-by option where by fortnightly payments may be made by Direct Deposit only into our bank account. If after 6 weeks the lay-by has not been completed and an extension has not been arranged, payments will be forfeited. Where a lay-by has been agreed upon by email with the first payment made, it may be cancelled within the first week only. After this time there will be no cancellation and payments will be forfeited.
